WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All shoes unless stated are bespoke and made to order, unfortunately we DO NOT offer refunds or exchange due to the nature of our shoes.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

DO YOU COVER CUSTOMS?

No, customs is the customers responsibility, if items are held in customs again its the customers responsibility to trace up the items.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE ONCE I ORDER?

Please allow up to-10 working days for production from date of purchase for all bespoke products.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY METHOD?

BYtoriola uses signed and tracked royal mail delivery services which can take up to 4 working days to be delivered (UK residents only), 7 - 10 working days to be delivered (International residents) PLEASE NOTE we are not responsible if your order is held at customs as you can understand that is out of our control.

Its is your responsibility to track your order from moment of dispatch.

WHAT IS 'EXPRESS SERVICE'?

UK ONLY. We have an express service which reduces your production time to 5 working or 2 working days and includes a NEXT DAY before 1pm delivery service, please select option at checkout.

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?

Unfortunately not, however we frequently have discounts, promo and ambassador codes throughout the year.

HOW LONG WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY BONNET?

Production of furry bonnets with faux fur balls may take up to 5 working days, once made allow appropriate delivery time (see what is delivery method).

HOW ARE YOUR FURRYS CUT, SIZE WISE?

Are furrys are a standard slim fit which can be quite narrow for wide feet, which we advise to go up a size. All furrys have been clearly advised with the type of style it is under the 'SIZE GUIDE' section in each product.
